I did for a few minutes, but I just left it to log in and it finally did....but that only happened on my husbands account, mine loaded just fine.
I would go through the normal check off list of clearing your cache and browser and let it load a bit, hopefully that will get the job done and if not then give your B-E-A-utiful Ganz representative a call and see if they can clear you up
