I'm glad that at least some of you have had some luck with Ganz' Customer Service. After multiple email requests (including the new tech support one), I finally called Ganz. The guy I talked with was simply rude. He said to me - and I quote - "Ma'am, these things aren't even real - I don't know what the big deal is". Well, when my daughter has been doing all sorts of chores to "earn" my Disco Ball as a reward and as soon as she tries to put it in her room she gets logged off and the Disco Ball is forever in cyberspace - it IS a big deal. I am in awe of what Ganz has created with WW but they have got to get their technical issues and their customer support up to par. As a business owner, I am acutely aware that you can't expect to stay in business if your customers are not satisfied and you tell them that their concerns are no big deal.

If the stuff wasn't a big deal, no one would be here. You should really take a minute to report the person. If you don't know the person's name, you can provide the time of your call and the number you called from. They have the capability (anyone with a phone system does) to pull reports by the number you called from. Give them your number and the time of your call. BUSTED. Well, that is, if they take the time to do it.

Thank you so much!!! I used this contact method on Wednesday and by Thursday afternoon my room was loading. It was a room with an Antique Sink in it and I think that was the problem

Yeah, my bathroom loaded yesterday---yay!! I promptly sold the antique sink and replaced it with something else, lol--as pretty as it is, it's not worth the hassle.

I have still not heard back on calls palced on 12/28. Still have a stuck Collie and a Code that says its invalid but I know its new
