UPDATE: Ganz finally put a link on the login screen of Webkinz regarding technical issues. Here it is if you can't find it. http://www.webkinz.com/bulletinz_xmas2007.html

We have a lot of new WebkinzInsider members having problems loading their rooms. I've added the instructions to report the problem. Ganz is aware of the problem, but you can report your problem to them.

Go to www.webkinz.com.
Click the "Customer Support" button.
Click the "I keep getting error message" link
Click "I cannot load my room" link
Fill out the form and click the "send request" button.

I did that and this is the email I got from them:

Yep, automated acknowledgment of your report. I would spend several minutes griping here but I've already done that as well as a lot of others.

thank you for theinformation but I have done this for my grnaddaughter's brand new acct. she created on December 25, and again on January 2, and STILL nothing from Ganz. I got the same automated message but nothing has been fixed on either account. This is really ashame for the kids. they are going back to school on Monday and haven't even been able to play......

Let us know if you do hear anything, as I said, I wrote the first time on December 25, and I even called and left a message, still nothing........

I've sent that request...like the one listed above...plus I sent an email to the support people...and I've called and left a message...and that little automated note is the only thing I've gotten back

I am wondering if this is the same issue me and my daughter are happening, we adopted a Collie on the 26th and that made her unable to load her rooms at all, when she goes to load her rooms it logs her out, I emailed and called and still nothing. So last night I wanted to see if maybe it was her account, so I bought a Collie and added it to my account, half way into the adoption (right after the 5 letter in the box), it logged me out, when I logged back in I could see the new pet, do daily activites but ALL of my rooms were unable to load, when I tried to load my rooms it logged me out, I have HUNDREDS of things in my home and tons of pets, not to mention several gardens, is this what is happening to you guys as well? A total inability to load your rooms?

My daughter just bought a room and got booted right after. She logged back in and no room but they took her money. She can't email them cause her email address is too long I guess. Any suggestions?
