Default Unanswered: [SOLVED] Items Stuck!

A friend and I were playing on webkins, designing a kitchen, and one of our items (a cookbook) got stuck under a cabinet. We removed all of the items from the room but still cannot move the cookbook.

Is there some way to retrieve this item? ???

first simply try logging out then back in. if that doesn't work report the problem to ganz. there is a place on the webkinz login page (i think customer support) to report a stuck item. i have done this twice and it was fixed within a day.

Ha! Same thing happened to me just now! I have many stuck item problems, but simply go to the little button that says CUSTOMER SERVICE on the Webkinz homepage, then click I HAVE SOMETHING STUCK! then choose which kind of problem your in (Stuck pet, item, etc.) Then enter all the info and within 24 hours (30 at max) the problem will be fixed. If you dont understand this PM and maybe I can slow down with my typing.

I reported the stuck item, but it has been almost 4 days and the item is still stuck. I'm continuing to be patient, but I'm wondering if I should maybe report it again? You all seemed to suggest that they fix things like this relatively quickly.

Thoughts?

I filled out the form and received an e-mail, but the e-mail was very general and provided instructions on how to reset my password and re-enter my user name if I get a "used code" message. ??? The subject was I Have an Item Stuck in the Room, so I know the form was correct.

While you are waiting for Ganz, the programming code for the counter and the book have become linked when you put them together. Put the same counter back on top of the book. Then it is more likely when you log out and in again that it might have fixed itself.
