On holidays I don't recieve my gifts. I called Ganz and they gave me my gift. I am so upset because the lady just informed me, since they don't have the tool to see if I was on or not, they can no longer send me the gifts manually and I will not get them. My account is messed up due to not recieving the gifts and I find that not fair that they don't have a tool and now if my account doesn't fix itself (which it probably won't), I won't get my gifts! I am so sad and I know, its just virtual but if I have to pay for petes to go on, I should at least get my gifts! I am so sad... What should I do?
Hi cows~ So sorry, that is strange. When you get a new webby I would consider making a new account that isnt messed up Down the road they are sure to fix the other account and then you will be receiving double the gifts on holidays
Do you log in on the holidays?? If not, the gifts do NOT appear. You MUST log into WW on the holiday in order to receive the gift. Personally I'd make another account w/your next webbie. I'm considering it now in order to buy more rares, get more holiday gifts, etc.
Hi! So sorry to hear that your account is having problems That is not fair and Ganz should do something! I would take the advice of mom2hnemi and create another account the next time you get a new kinz. It doesn't have to be your main account, but it can just be there so that you can get the gifts!
yeah i got in a discussion about that with the last ganz guy i talked to. Replacing items not you not receiving gifts. He said its because they would have to do it for everyone if they did it for one. I said so what it doesnt cost you anything its virtual. he said that if word got out they were replacing item everyone would start calling and its all they would have time to do. they would never get to fix anything else because they would spend all day replacing items that werent really missing. I understand the point that some people would be dishonest about it but it seems like they would have a way to check the acct activity and should be able to do a better job of servicing the consumer if items really do go missing.
thanks so much everyone for your advice. we are going to call ganz again (well did but to a supervisor) and hopefully something will work out. i might consider making another account, i will ask and see. thanks so much =]
