I don't know your age, not asking, but when someone working customer service tells me they can't help me, I find someone above them that can. Staying calm is key, polite a must and not taking no for an answer the most important. You will get no where if you are rude and crazy. I'm sure you're not, but this obviously has you emotional. Ask politely for a supervisor and keep going until you find someone that can help you. If you have to, speak in terms of dollars and cents: " I have $400 worth of webkinz that I now can not access - I need to speak with someone that can help me, perhaps your supervisor? Please give me their name. I need to speak with them. I need an address for your VP of customer service, etc. "
