Default Unanswered: *(Missing eStore Points)*

I got the 25$ Deluxe membership yesterday. It comes with 2000 eStore points. To begin with, i went to the eStore in Webkinz World and it said "zero" on it. I never spent my eStore points. Just looked. Somehow on the purchase history it tells me i got some Couch from the new theme. I didn't. Does anyone know why or got some help? I didn't buy points, i on't need to redeem my code. I got the 25$ membership. I thought i would find my points. Webkinz was in traffic, i might of gotten an error. So this is pretty much it.

I would contact the estore customer service and let them help to figure it out. If you bought the membership, it comes with 3000 monthly points and 2000 bonus points so you should have gotten a total of 5000 points on the first day.

it happened to me...If you did not check that you want those points onto your ww acct...they go to your ganz estore acct...just call and they will transfer other montly points to ww if that is where you want them to go....

It is very confusing.....

they go to your estore account and you have to transfer them to the webkinz account. it is real easy to do

I can't figure it out. Step-by-step? It would be much easier for me, i'm not used to the eStore and i never check on this kind of stuff. Thanks, jagular. Good tip.

Congratulations on the new Deluxe Membership.

When you get the membership your points are on your EStore [notranslate]Ganz[/notranslate] Account. If you want to buy things from the EStore thru the Webkinz World link you will need to transfer some or all of your points to the Webkinz World account that you want to use the points for.

One thing that I found out the hard way is that there are a number of things you CAN NOT buy using your Webkinz World account. If you want to buy Charms or some of the packaged items you will have to buy them using your EStore Account, get a code, and then enter the code into your Webkinz World account.

Also, if you have more than one Webkinz World account you will not be able to buy something for the other account if you put all of your points on one Webkinz World account. (The things you buy are not trade/postable.) I was told once you have put EStore points into a Webkinz World account you can not put the points back into your [notranslate]Ganz[/notranslate] EStore account, so make sure you really want the points with that pet.

If you sign into your [notranslate]Ganz[/notranslate] Estore account and still can not find your bonus points you will want to call the [notranslate]Ganz[/notranslate] Estore. (Webkinz World customer service will not be able to help you with this until the points are actually attached to your Webkinz Account.)

I really hope that you are able to find your points and get some wonderful things for your Webkinz!

I should do that. I hope it works completly out for me. You got some helpful hints. What is the Webkinz number i need to call for service? I tried everywhere else, it didn't work very well. Thanks. I like my Deluxe. And, how do i transfer my eStore points? It is confusing!
