Default Retired is back?!?
I went to a hallmark and purchased a retired Samoyed and named it lyla
Halmark has had retired pets I've started to notice and they bring em' out every so often
Has anyone noticed or purchased one from there?

Yes I seen the lil'kinz unicorn in Hallmark, but I didn't get it there. By the time I wanted it it was all gone so I went to another store to get it and that store was called FAD.

I don't know. If they bring them out ever so often, I'm guessing they just had a bunch when they got retired and don't want to get rid of them all at once. That's what I would do if I owned a store.

They probably just have them in stock; if Ganz hasn't officially announced it, then most times it's not true (unless it's in their system, of course.).

There are several Webkinz that Ganz announced were retired, but then they never stopped supplying those pets to stores. The most notable is the Lil Kinz Unicorn.

i found some retired pets from a halloween costume shop, like black labs and some horses or unicorns, but i should check hallmark. thanks for the info .

Wow, when the Samoyed first came out, I had a really hard time finding it, and look at you, you actually bought it from a store in '11! (I just hope that happens to the Gold and White cat for me..) I'm impressed, but Hallmark and other stores just get what they are supplied. There's still some retired pets left to be shipped to stores, put on shelves, etc, you just have to look hard and long for them.
