Horizon returned, a minnow in her jaws. "Here you go," she hooted, setting the fish at Aedo's feet. "Does your throat hurt? I can put honey on it. It tastes wonderful!" The black-silver-white owl smiled at Aedo.
"No, my throat is alright for now," he answered, helping himself to the fish. It was rather tasty on its own; it must have been caught rather recently. He was glad to have something to eat; it had been almost a day since his last meal. He grinned at Horizon. "Thanks," he said, walking over to her.
Horizon smiled at the Star Tribe owl. She ruffled her silver-flecked feathers. "You're not so obnoxious that I thought you to be," she complimented Aedo. She pecked at a fish she had brought in for herself. Thunder rumbled faintly.

"Um - thanks?" he said. His statement was more a question; he wasn't sure if he should be insulted or glad. "I suppose I could say the same for you," he added, hoping that it was a complement. He smiled nervously, not sure if he had just majorly put down the owl that had taken such good care of him.
Horizon raised a brow. "Why do you seem awkward about what I said? It was a compliment. I mean, like I said, I don't really like trespassers. But you're a good friend, Aedo." She ruffled her wings again and clicked her beak in anxiety.
Mirera put her head on Apparition's shoulders. " So, what are we doing today?" She asked, smiling. Mirera ruffled her silver feathers and looked back as the chicks got up. " Looks like we have to feed our kids first." She said. " Okay, stay here my little chicks, we'll be back. " Mirera said softly. "Should we get some red meat for them?" She asked, looking at her mate.
Xeria
Xeria nodded silently at Rydel and then looked at their mom. "Okay mommy. Okay daddy." She chirped happily. Xeria smiled at the thought of delicious bugs and maybe a bit of boneless. meat like their mom said. Finally red meat! No more bugs. She thought.
Apparition "We should at least try and get some other prey, just for the hope that Rydel would eat it and not tear it to tiny shreds first. Honestly, I thought it was just a small, newborn chick thing for her, but if she doesn't stop, she'll never eat. I suppose we can try," Apparition softly said to his mate as he looked out the tree and then back toward her.
Rydel
She looked at the bug pieces in the next in utter disgust. She hoped this was finally the day when they got something other than just things taht no one else wanted. That's all that Rydel thoguht of teh bugs. That they were disgusting. She looked up to her parents. "Yes Mommy. Yes, Daddy." she murmured quietly.
"A little in my wing. Still don't think I can fly," he said, rubbing his eyes with his other wing. "I guess I did hit it pretty hard." His stomach growled loudly. Laughing nervously, he said, "And I haven't had anything to eat in forever!" He got up and wandered around the hollow, rather eager to see what Horizon was doing.
(For BlueParrot)
Olevia smiled. "You wanna stay here for a while?" Olevia asked, smiling greatly. She hoped she could stay, but it was her choice. "In the queen's headquarters." Olevia flapped her wings. "I'm just gonna put my feathers down." She said, but while she was walking, Galaxtria's feather fell. She never noticed...

Chouette nodded. "I suppose that would be alright, Your Majesties," she said, sarcasm in her voice as she came to the 'Your Majesties' part. She noticed that Olevia had dropped something, and picked it up. She decided it was best to not to tell Olevia she had taken it; she decided that she didn't want it. She wouldn't have dropped it if she wanted it, right?

"Oh," he said sheepishly, looking away. "And - um - thanks. I guess you're a good friend, too," he muttered, walking to the other side of the hollow. He wasn't sure if she was a friend. He tried to ponder this as he wandered around, clicking his beak subconsciously as he thought.
Horizon raised a brow and turned to her herbs. She began to sort through them. She didn't want to look untidy if anyone else came in. Unbeknownst to her, some watermint had been dropped onto the floor of the hollow.

Aedo soon made his way back to where she stood. He noticed the watermint falling, but didn't quite know what to do. What if she meant to drop it? "Um - you dropped something," he muttered awkwardly, not sure if he sounded like a fool. "What is that anyway?" he added, wondering wha *** would do to someone who ate it.

Olevia frowned. "Hey! Never call me that!" She snapped, seeing Chouette shuffle her wings. Did she have something? Nope! Oh well! She walked over to her pile of leaves. She was kind of upset that the two of them got amazing beds, and all she got was a pile of foilage. "uhh" She said quietly.
