I have insomnia. It's where no matter how tired you are (I'm ALWAYS tired) you just can't sleep. I get up at 5 a few times a week to figure skate before school. I skate after school, and I'm always tired, but I go to bed around 12:30 every night. Any tips on sleeping?
I have the same problem too.
I usually can never fall asleep right away. It usually takes me atleast 2 hours to fall asleep.
I just try to calm down before bed so I'm not all highstrung, and just try to relax while I'm trying to fall asleep.
I also have this problem. My dad said that I also had insomnia as a child, and he had to give me pills to take, so I would fall asleep. I would ask a doctor, or a parent regarding your insomnia.
Try meditating before you go to bed or doing something relaxing before you go to bed. I would also talk to my mom or my doctor because they might have some tips too.
Do things that relax you before you go to bed. Stop doing your homework at 8:30, do whatever relaxes you (for me music and spraying a sleep mist on my pillow (from bath and body works)) for a few hours, and google some foods that help you sleep.
hmm....a few years ago i used to listen to this music for little babies. it was like classical, not weird stuff with words. its actually worked.
That NEVER works with me. But thank you.

Thank you. That helps, I'll try that.
