i would wear big oversized shirts tight pants kinda like leggings.the perfect outfit would be long oversized shirt that can be worn as a shorter dress.leggings.and high heels or boots.do crazy makeup and have u ever seen fullhouse?how dj wears her hair when she is like 12?i will try to find a pic of it.

Have you ever seen Beverly Hills 90210 (when they were still in high school)? That shows a lot of the fashion.

Basically, you'll need BIG hair. Lot's of curls and lots of hairspray.

Very blue eyeshadow and very pink lips.

Lots of pastel/neon colors in layers. They don't have to match. Just match your socks and earrings to certain colors in your outfit.

Flats (no socks) for shoes are fine.

It can actually be quite girly if you want.
