hmmm I wouldn't try to "fix" your naturally curly hair I would "flaunt it"! People would DIE to have your hair, but I understand why you probally don't like it. My suggestion is to buy special Bed Hed products as a mouse or do one of my favorites
SCRUNCH DRY!!!
1. after you wash your hair DON'T BLOW DRY it'll only make it more OUT of CONTROL!!!!
2. Take a small towel or paper towel and put it on top ow your hand And kind of grab your hair making a first kinda on your hair, push up and let go here's a pic

This method helps keep hair "Under control" and your curls will look fabulous!
Hope I helped!

Here is a site with a better explaination!

How about shoulder-length layered hair? My hair lays all crazy. It wings out all over the place. Any ideas on a cute look?

If you are looking for a good haircut I would say bangs long or short to draw more attention to the eye, not the flippy ends.
If your looking for a Hair Do I would say low pig tails because they look cute with the flippy ends and I just Love low pig tails!

Also, like in the pic, This look would look GREAT with a small flower or bow!
