I am glad it is fixed. I have a couple of accounts that I don't plan to adopt more pets on and I was relying on deluxe to keep those accounts active.
Someone mentioned having bought a membership in March, but as I recall the memberships were not available until about April 2. That is about when my one account would expire if I did not adopt a new pet on it. |

I just tried my accounts that were "expired" this morning and THEY ARE WORKING again. So, if you have had this problem, try it again. It just might work! |

Thanx FIA for sharing this with all of us. I hope I don't get that message but I have been adopting pets since I started with Deluxe.
I hope GGG (GANZ GLITCHES GALORE) gets their act together & fixes this ASAP!!!!!
It's not right that we spend so much money & we have to suffer with this stuff all the time. GGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!

Awwww. I feel so bad for the delux members. Do you realize how much that was down the drain? I am wil the other person, they should give them a present.
