I think it's been around for a little while. I was going to post this, too...lol I looked around and saw a thread by someone on the 9th asking about it and someone replied that people aren't sure why some get it and others don't.
I didn't look to see what others threads were there, but that was the first one I saw.

I was also wondering if the number of successes had something to do with it too, but I don't know. I know the other person had about only one loss and 60-something tries.

Oh my gosh!!! I got a message like that, for Employment office, but it said, "Employee of the Month" instead of "Worker Extraordinaire!" Sorry if someone else has already posted something like this. I had no idea what it was, so I had to ask.
