~In what ways have you grown over the time you've spent modeling? When I was first adopted I was very shy, I didn't like talking to people very much. The only people I talked to were Isis and Snowpony. Even the clothing I would wear shy. Now my clothing is totally me and I talk to everyone, I'm not the same shy zebra I was.
~Why would you recommend modeling Because it's fun, I mean you can find new clothing combos and expressing yourself useing clothing.
~Sometimes it's hard to accept who you are, or things you dislike about yourself. Could you share any experiences you'd had like this? Everytime I looked at the camera I though I looked bad like a cartoon. It took me a while to relize that I beautiful in my own way.
How did you get through it? I talked to my sisters.

~Why are you a model? What makes you love modeling? I am modeling for fun and for sharping my costumes skills. I love modeling because it's fun, and you can be who you want while modeling.
~What emotions do you most often convey through your photoshoots? I try to make them fun. But emotions come from me. If I'm sad, my photo's sad. If I'm happy, my photo's happy too. But I almost always try to make fun, happy, cheerful photos.
~If you had to choose one word that describes you, what would it be? CHEERFULLNESS
~What inspires you when you go to make a photoshoot? The theme. An idea usually pops up in my head when I read the theme. If not, I get inspired from real-life things. Cups, chairs, books.
~Let's talk color. What color inspires you? What color is most like your moods? You can probably guess it's turquoise. I like turquoise because it's a shade of blue, and blue is a VERY cheerful color. Turquoise is cute, fashionable and BLUE!!
~Who is another modelkinz that you look up to? I like a lot. My favorite would have to be Clinton or Laveda. They are both fun, crazy and ful of style!
~You are told to offer words of inspiration to a contestant that was eliminated. What would you like to tell them? I guess Bea would be better at this >
- Dear contestant, please, don't give up! You haven't been eliminated because your picture was bad, you've been eliminated because other's are better. Always look forward to the upper ones! Remember - first you have to wear the transpiration crown (yew), the shrubs crown and only after those the golden crown. Once again, please remember, don't give up! I was eliminated tons of time, but I never gave up, and look where I am right now.

~Think to your lowest point as a model. What would you have liked someone to tell you? I'd like people to tell me that it's okay. Sometimes, when I get bad crits or something, I feel like crying, and all I need is an ''Everything will be okay.''
~In what ways have you grown over the time you've spent modeling? I've learned to color-coordinate, and not to submit the first photo I make. *rolls eyes*
~Why would you recommend modeling? Modeling is fun. It developes your fashion sense.
~Sometimes it's hard to accept who you are, or things you dislike about yourself. Could you share any experiences you'd had like this? How did you get through it? Hmm. Well, I HATE my ears. They're big and fluffy and make me look kiddish. So all I did is pose with my ears down, or if I need a big smile, ask the judges if I'm allowed to edit, and draw the smile.

~Let's talk color. What color inspires you? What color is most like your moods? Either light pink, or yellow. Those are just about the two best colors that will ever be able to describe my mood: Happy, cheerful, fun.
~Who is another modelkinz that you look up to? Peaches the pink googles. She's very sweet, and I love her personality! I really hope I can be as good as a googles model as she was.
~You are told to offer words of inspiration to a contestant that was eliminated. What would you like to tell them? To never give up, and never keep trying. NEVER. And when I say never, I mean never. There's always hope. ALWAYS. You CAN succeed if you try hard enough, that's a promise.

~Do you find llamas creepy/mildly disturbing? [this is a joke, but answer it anyway, curious.) Llama models? Well, no, not really. I mean. googles are kind of weird too...I consider us, llamas and googles, friends.
~Who is your favorite judge in this competition, Solstice or Ella? [*we won't be offended, we're just really curious. *friendly rivalry**] Ella! I um, mean, they're both great, I just prefer Ella because she is very, well, um, bright whereas Solstice is a bit more mysterious and dark...not that there's anything wrong with that, of course, I mean Solstice is great! Haha, I um, just like Ella's upbeat attitude a bit more...but yours is great too Solstice!
~Think to your lowest point as a model. What would you have liked someone to tell you? Well, I haven't been modeling all that long, so I think my lowest point was when I first started. I felt that I didn't compare to everyone else, they were all so amazing. Well, I got tons of engouragement and welcomes to modeling, so there's nothing more I could've asked for to help me cheer up.
~In what ways have you grown over the time you've spent modeling? I'll repeat that I've only been modeling for a few weeks, but in this WNTM and Wik's WNTM I think I've really opened up and am now allowing myself to try new things...
~Why would you recommend modeling? Because it'll really bring some excitement, fun, and friends into your life. It's an amazing experience to be a model.
~Sometimes it's hard to accept who you are, or things you dislike about yourself. Could you share any experiences you'd had like this? How did you get through it? Well, I don't like how my feet and shoes are so small...it's almost like I'm missing a piece of clothing. I'm just so small, so I can't usually have big backgrounds...With the shoes problem, I just learned to live with it. I mean, I can still wear belts, hats, glasses, shirts, and pants! I have learned to be thankful for what I can show off. I've learned that I can still make good backgrounds without having to make them big.

~Can you tell us a little about yourself in general? Well, hai, I'm Simba. I'm an extremely new model, and I'm the only male model so far in Jess's modelkinz. I'm classy, but also fierce. I have a dark side. Please try not to visit it. I'm begging you.
~Why are you a model? What makes you love modeling? Honestly, I was originally a model because Jess needed a male model, and I was best fit for the job. However, I like to believe that I'm a model because I was destined to be one. I love modeling because I can be so many different people, in just one photo. I love combining cool colors, awesome backgrounds, and making an awesome photoshoot work.
~What emotions do you most often convey through your photoshoots? Well, I'm not exactly sure. You see, this WNTM is my first one. Ever. But based on my two photos (sad, I know), I'd say that my emotions conveyed are simplicity and happiness.
~If you had to choose one word that describes you, what would it be? If I had one word to choose what describes me, I'd have to say....classy. I don't mind dressing up, and if it's going to make me look good, I'm all for it.
~What inspires you when you go to make a photoshoot? A bunch of different things, and it really depends on the challenge/round. But, I truly think that my siblings inspire me. Their successes, their fails, all of it. Each and every one of them inspire me.
~Let's talk color. What color inspires you? What color is most like your moods? I like white and black, because they're simple. However, I do like pink as well. Pink inspires me, because although it's not a boy-ish color, guys can still wear it too. It's different, and it's what makes me, me. Pink is also most like my moods because it's a bright and happy color, but it can be dark too.
~Who is another modelkinz that you look up to? Another modelkinz that I look up to is Laveda. I know we don't always get along, but she just has this....fierceness. Like no one can hurt her. I think she's a stellar model for that, because you're always gonna have ups and downs in the model world.
~You are told to offer words of inspiration to a contestant that was eliminated. What would you like to tell them? I'd like to tell them to keep working at it. Make some practice photoshoots, do whatever you can. After all, practice makes perfect. Also, I'd tell them to ask for a little help. Asking for help doesn't make you dumb, it makes you smaller, because you have the strength and pride to actually ask.
~What is the most inspiring/touching quote you've heard? The most inspiring quote I've heard is, "You'll always miss 100% of the shots you don't take." This inspires me because it tells me to take risks, because if I don't, I won't make it anyway.
~Specific song lyrics sometimes touch me in a special way. Are there any specific lyrics that do this to you? Yes...well maybe. But these lyrics don't really pertain to modeling, they go with something else. But, I'll share them anyway. The lyrics are: "Someday, I'll be, livin' in a big ole city, and all you're, ever gonna be is mean." My owner, Jess, has been bullied in the past. But, she's strong, and she just ignores it. Now I know that if anyone ever hurts me, I can just think of this song and I'll feel better.
~Do you find llamas creepy/mildly disturbing? No, I LOVE LLAMAS! They're so soft and cuddly! See, I do have a dark side. BUT DON'T TELL ANYONE.
~Who is your favorite judge in this competition, Solstice or Ella? Honestly, I don't have one. I don't know you guys well enough to say so, but I'm hoping that I'll get the chance to. I hate prejudice, so I definitely wouldn't do that now.
~Think to your lowest point as a model. What would you have liked someone to tell you? Again, I'm sorry to say this, but I don't really have one. I've only done two photos, and I got pretty good critiques. I know that it is risky being honest like this, since some people don't like to give new models a chance, but everyone's gotta start somewhere, right?
~In what ways have you grown over the time you've spent modeling? Unfortunately, I don't think that two photos can make me grow. I'd like to get the chance to grow in this competition, but there are so many amazing models, so I'm unsure if I'm going to get the chance.
~Why would you recommend modeling? Well, there's so many reasons! Modeling is a way to express your emotions, get to know other great people, and most importantly, have fun! Once you start modeling, it will no longer be a hobby, it will be a lifestyle.

People didn't like me because they thought I was 'too smart', and for other things. Anyway, I got through it by telling myself that they were only jealous or something. ~Can you tell us a little about yourself in general? My name is Laveda Elle Venenum. I had a turbulent childhood consisting of moving from one family to the next, each experience ending with a neurotoxin threat. As you can see, I love neurotoxin even a little more than I love modeling. Just a little more, though. After all, modeling sometimes involves cakecakecakecake. The psychiatrists told me I was unhealthily obsessed with neurotoxin and cake and I needed to work on not being so "passive-aggressive" and "unstable." But what do they know? After all, they're the simpletons who diagnosed me with pyromania, like a love of setting things on fire has anything to do with that disorder. Oh, wait, it does?
~Why are you a model? What makes you love modeling? I believe there are a lot of factors that come into play for my drive to model, but the biggest one is my desire to succeed. I've always wanted to show others what I could do and how well I could do it. I've never really let anything get in my way. I've been told that my determination is strong to the point of being hopelessly stubborn, but when others see hopeless, I see something to work with.
~What emotions do you most often convey through your photoshoots? Darkness and enigma. I enjoy working with dark colors and moods like sorrow and secretiveness. Why walk on the run-of-the-mill, sunny sidewalk when you can take a stroll on the beautiful, moonlit cobblestone path?
~If you had to choose one word that describes you, what would it be? Cake.
~What inspires you when you go to make a photoshoot? I find I'm often inspired by other models' previous photoshoots or simply the amount of choices. I'll look in my wardrobe and see all these different clothes just waiting to be paired with another, and it isn't long before I pick out a color combo and get to work.
~Let's talk color. What color inspires you? What color is most like your moods? Green, and not just for neurotoxin. Green is a quite versatile color. It can be an electrifying bright green, a peaceful forest green, or a beautiful teal. However, it isn't very similar to my emotions, but navy blue is. Navy blue has two sides to it-- the darkness of the color itself and its mysterious charm like the night sky. I feel these two sides are fairly similar to my moods.
~Who is another modelkinz that you look up to? Nyx. Even though she's still somewhat new to modeling, she has taken brilliant photos and I (respectfully) envy her elegance.
~You are told to offer words of inspiration to a contestant that was eliminated. What would you like to tell them? If at first you don't succeed, you failed, but that doesn't mean it's over for you. You can learn from failure and use the experience you gained from it to your advantage and even succeed one day. That is, if you keep trying. Tenacity is one of the best things you can have as a model. Amazing models have given up quickly, and underdogs have tried and tried and eventually became amazing. Your turn to succeed may not be right now, but it will come.
~What is the most inspiring/touching quote you've heard? "If you can't be a pine on the top of the hill, be a shrub in the valley. But be the best little shrub on the side of the hill. ~In what ways have you grown over the time you've spent modeling? I don't think I've improved as much as others, but I've discovered my strengths and found new things about myself. I now feel more comfortable in my potential as a model.
~Why would you recommend modeling? It gives you so many opportunities to express yourself and improve as a person. It's not just a journey to new destinations each season, but an emotional journey as well. Modeling allows you to meet a lot of new and interesting people, and it shows you how the triumph of success makes up for the pain of failure.
~Sometimes it's hard to accept who you are, or things you dislike about yourself. Could you share any experiences you'd had like this? How did you get through it? When I was younger, I went through a phase of wanting to be what others may call "normal." I hated peoples' ideas of it and I knew who I was, but I still felt a need to be accepted. I eventually decided that everyone was stupid to think that wearing--*cough*-- pink dresses was normal, and I was a far more interesting girl by not conforming to everyone's ideas. Once I ran that through my head, I was past that phase very quickly.

I really wanted to become famous, and I figured modeling was the only way PK was gonna let me do it. So I did.
~What emotions do you most often convey through your photoshoots? I like to convey a happy emotion, or sometimes a creepy one. I usually end up just conveying happy though... haha... ~Can you tell us a little about yourself in general? Well, my name is Sebastian Jason Husky. As a child, I was always the guy who actually cared about what he wore. While my friends were wearing ripped up jeans and a dirty T-Shirt, I was wearing something nicer, like a tie and a tophat. I was bullied a lot for this, but I knew that my ideas would someday bring great things. As well, I am dating the beautiful Shae Spottyzen and love slushies, shave ice and ice cream because they remind me of my home in the Yukon Territories.
~Why are you a model? What makes you love modeling? I am a model because I love clothing. I also would like to point out that just because I am a male does most definitely not mean I cannot be a model. I love modeling because it gives me a chance to shine, even though I am a male.
~What emotions do you most often convey through your photoshoots? I usually show happy emotions, although some of them are a little ... show-offish. For example, once I said that I was a smart jock. Kind of show-off-y if you ask me.
~If you had to choose one word that describes you, what would it be? Keen. It means enthusiastic (and intelligent) which I am.
~What inspires you when you go to make a photoshoot? Hmm. Pattern definitely inspires me, and sometimes certain pieces. Like when I did my casting photo (below) I was totally inspired by those wicked shorts. They have so much colour and pattern, which can improve your photos. An all black outfit and a all black background equals a total no-no.
~Let's talk color. What color inspires you? What color is most like your moods? What inspires me... I'd say blue. it's a beautiful colour. If I see a piece with blue, I've gotta a use it. As for mood, Red and white. White shows my simple side. I'm really casual and laid back most of the time. Red, however, shows my enthusiastic side, and my showoff-ish side

'Please don't give up! I've been in the modelling world for so long, and I've been eliminated at least 5 times. Sure, I was upset but did I quit. No! I kept on going, and I believe that one day you're going to win gold. You'll be known all over WI for your amazing fashion sense. Don't give up, just trust me and everything will be all right.'

At one point in my childhood, I was very depressed. As I shared with you earlier, I was bullied for my love of clothing. How I got over it, well I started my first job at the W-Shop (which at the time sold clothing. I me new friends and became happier. When I turned 16, I moved away and went off to start my own store and runway brand, Madari (which is the (insert language) word for model). I also entered a few WNTMs and worked very hard. I then understood my true self. Not the person who I pretended to be so I could fit in with the 'popular' boys.
~Can you tell us a little about yourself in general? My name is Ivy Jade. In addition to being a model, I'm a brown belt in Karate. I'm not a morning person, and woe be to the person who gets between me and my coffee. Oh, and let me make one other thing clear: I'm not pink. I'm faded fuschia.
~Why are you a model? What makes you love modeling? I am a model because I want to prove that poodles of my particular fur color don't have to be all girly and bubbly and such. What makes me love modeling? I enjoy putting together the outfits and expressing my personality through my clothing choices.
~What emotions do you most often convey through your photoshoots? Darker and mysterious. I've also been told that I give off a bit of a "cool-girl" vibe.
~If you had to choose one word that describes you, what would it be? Dangerous, perhaps.
~What inspires you when you go to make a photoshoot? I find that it depends on the photoshoot. For the past round's photoshoot, for example, I was inspired by the Venetian Mask. I can also be inspired by songs or by trying to make an outfit that says me.
~Let's talk color. What color inspires you? What color is most like your moods? Hmm . . . purple is a lovely color. Very versatile. Grey or silver is also very nice, and very mysterious. Purple is probably more like my moods, though.

There was a short time when I was quite upset about my fur color and the stereotypes assosciated with it. Then I decided that I was faded fuschia, not pink, and got over it.

~Can you tell us a little about yourself in general?: Purple is my favorite color, and I use it a lot. I'm loud, funky, and not afraid to show my wild side. I am a Lion, after all.
~Why are you a model? What makes you love modeling?: I saw my sister, Lauren Victoria, enter Volleyuup's WNTM. Seemed fun, so I followed. We didn't stay too long, but it was FUN. I loved it! Trying on all those outfits thrilled me.
~What emotions do you most often convey through your photoshoots? Mostly, well, I can't say. I convey all emotions! I'm very well-rounded like that.
~If you had to choose one word that describes you, what would it be? Loud. Or bubbly. Or purple. One of those three.

~Can you tell us a little about yourself in general? Hi, I'm Mischka. After braving the fierce weather of the Arctic for most of my life, I moved here in hopes of further developing my own style through modeling. I love fun outfits with a touch of high fashion, whether it be elegant or crazy.
~Why are you a model? What makes you love modeling? There are just so many different choices! I like experimenting with different color combos and pieces. Modeling to me is like painting a picture-- you may have a blank canvas at first, but by being creative, you can paint a masterpiece.
~What emotions do you most often convey through your photoshoots? Happiness. I haven't had many photoshoots so far, but they've all been based on bright colors and patterns.
~If you had to choose one word that describes you, what would it be? Multicolored. My fur may be blank and white, but my outfits certainly aren't.
~What inspires you when you go to make a photoshoot? Storms, my darling! Mother Nature can be beautifully fierce, so I often draw inspiration from her wild tornadoes and reckless hurricanes.
~Let's talk color. What color inspires you? What color is most like your moods? Blue definitely inspires me. It's so peaceful and pretty, like the waters of the Arctic on a quiet day. But orange would have to be most like my emotions-- bold and carefree.

Just keep working at your style and your goals and you're sure to make it far. The best thing to have as a model besides creativity is a good attitude.

~Think to your lowest point as a model. What would you have liked someone to tell you? I haven't been modeling for that long, but I'd say my lowest point would have to be when I first started. I was a little nervous, so it would've meant the world to me for someone to give me advice on how to calm my nerves.
~In what ways have you grown over the time you've spent modeling? I think I've become more confident in myself and a little better at color-coordinating.
~Why would you recommend modeling? It gives you a chance to be whatever you want to be and not get looked at funny for it. Modeling is one of the few activities where you can truly let go and express yourself, because it's an art. There are so many artistic outfits that have been designed, and there are still so many more beautiful photoshoots to take. The thrill never ends.
~Sometimes it's hard to accept who you are, or things you dislike about yourself. Could you share any experiences you'd had like this? How did you get through it? I've never been that self-conscious, but I find it hard to accept my dark eyes and plain white fur. I've always wanted to have pretty, colorful eyes and maybe a different color coat. I always remember that my eyes may not be light and vibrant, but they're still gorgeous and my fur helped me blend in with the Arctic snow, however.

Who doesn't love that anxious wait for critiques, or when you see that the host has been replying to their thread for so long that it says they are offline? I also love it because I can express myself through the clothes that I wear and the pictures I take.
~What emotions do you most often convey through your photoshoots? I'm generally a bold, confident model, but who doesn't have their insecurities? I can be shy, so that emotion sometimes comes out through my pictures, but most of the time, I smile big and shine!
~If you had to choose one word that describes you, what would it be? Fierce!
~What inspires you when you go to make a photoshoot? What inspires me is that I know that not every one of my shots will be perfect, but I can always improve. I listen to the judges' critiques, so I can learn from them. I'm inspired by the fact that I will become a better model with guidence.
~Let's talk color. What color inspires you? What color is most like your moods? Probably orange, red, or pink. Orange because it could either be used as a fierce color, or a cute color used to make an outfit pop. Pink because I've been told I look adorable in it, and I do love to be cute. Red, because it's a mixture of both colors. It's both fierce and adorable.
~Who is another modelkinz that you look up to? Fifi, Leah's lil'kinz rabbit. She is so adorable, and even though she has yet to win a WNTM, after each elimination, she gets back up again and tries again. I sadly failed at that when I quit modeling after being eliminated from Meg's WNTM. However, I would love to put that behind me to become just like her. <3

Don't make the same mistake I did and give up; that just isn't the right choice. If you get eliminated, sadness is an expected emotion. It's okay to be bummed, but don't let it get to you so much that you quit modeling because of it.

~In what ways have you grown over the time you've spent modeling? Well, my style has really elevated. Looking back, my pictures looks so immature, unprofessional, and just plain bad. Looking at some of my most recent pictures, it makes me so happy to see how much I've grown; in being fashionable and in being mature.
~Why would you recommend modeling It is a breathtaking experience, really. You get to grow, expand your fashion senses, get helpful critiques, experience adrenaline rushes while waiting for judging, and so much more. Modeling is something that I would request to anyone.

Well, at one point in my life, I hated my ears. They were big, and I definitely considered them ugly. So every time I smiled for a camera, I would smile small, so no one would be able to see how big my ears really were. Through modeling, I found my ears were my strongpoint; my quirk that set me apart from the others. Now I'm complimented because of them, and I love my ears. Iin almost every shot I take, I smile big for all to see.

Where shall we start? I'm a dolphin? I think you already knew that though. Well, when I first came to Squiggle's family, I was really shy. I was afraid no one would like me for me. But then I realized that I am me and nobody else is and I shouldn't let what others think get to me. So I became my crazy self. Wanna know something really weid about me? I'm obsessed with shoes even though I can't wear them!

Well, I'm a model to prove to myself and the modeling community that fish can model! I was really nervous at first, but once I got used to it, I love it! Being able to make outfits to really express who I am is amazing. What could be better? When people actually like them

I like to portray confidence. Putting myself out there in crazy outfits isn't always easy, but if I'm confident in myself, then others will learn to like me for me!

Well, I just began modeling so I haven't really had any really low points, but when I do, I want someone just to say something simple but meaningful. Something as simple as "You are beautiful, never give up" goes a lot farther than someone might realize at first.
~In what ways have you grown over the time you've spent modeling?
I haven't modeled for more than a few weeks, but I can already tell I've grown as a model! The best thing I've learned? How to stand out from a crowd! Being a fish makes modeling even harder than for most models, so I have learned the importance of choosing unique items and making them all work. I've also learned the importance of color coordination and I think it's something I'm actually getting pretty good at!
~Why would you recommend modeling
I would recommend modeling to anyone because you learn sooooo much about yourself! You find out who you really are, as well as little things like what color looks best on you. Best thing of all about modeling? You meet so many new people and make so many friends! That should make anyone want to model!

Being a fish, I have lots of things that are hard to accept! Ever tried making outfits with just three items? Not easy, right? But the best way to get through it is to just keep going. Having confidence in yourself and just pushing forward can help a lot. Everyone is going to have faults or things they don't like about themselves, but we can change that. Instead of thinking negatively, I always try to think about something I do like about myself and it works a lot! Just be happy with who you are. That's what I always tell myself!

Natalie I like your quiet, but expressive nature. You're a joy to talk to, but keep to yourself. I agree, I like how laid back but still fun loving you are. It seems to me you could go serious or fun and funky style-wise and pull off both. Great job!
Mischka We seem a lot alike, if I can be so bold as to compare myself with someone so amazing. I like how you're both nature inspired and poetic, but you're still bright and colorful. Kyleigh I must say, your first photo didn't do your wonderful style justice at all. I really enjoyed reading your answers. I usually prefer to stay reserved and moody, but you created one of those rare times where I wish I was more colorful and outgoing. You have a style and point of view that's both fierce, fun, and just loveable in general. You just put a lot of passion into it, and I can't wait to see more. c:
Grayson The more I see from you, the more inspired I am. I think it's really cool that you can tread unknown waters and be a dolphin model, if you'll excuse my pun. You have such little options, and it takes skill to make it work. As for your personality, you're just very likeable. Like one of those people that when they come in the room, you want to talk and have fun with them. And for the record, we love that Nemo song. Brings back memories.
Ekko I find you very fun, girl. You're a mixture of fun, fierce, and a hint of random. I find your answers at times hilarious and at times touching. I haven't seen much from you yet, but I can't wait to see you emerge a butterfly.
