i think it would have licorice and pudding and creme pop and, well just two other ingredients i guess. I think the effect it give at the top looks like swirled creme pop bubbles. I think this one looks like it might take a while to figure out

Yeah, I agree with Tyrannus. But what could be green, or make the stripes of green? It could be blueberries wtih bananas, or anything else yellow, if they mix, If none of the mixing is involved, we could be looking at watermelon, pickles or salad.
Overall, I'd say there are definitely blueberries in this recipe, there are blue stripes in it, and as you know, no two colors can mix back to a primary. Aren't blueberries one of the only blue foods in the Wshop too? It's hard to tell, but if the blue swirls are actually purple, then it could be raisins, or a red food like jelly, and blueberries, once again.
No mixing of colors is involved. just that the boosts of the ingredients add up to the boosts of the recipe and ingredients that make sense (they might not even make sense) not that the ingredients have to make sense but that is what I would aim for first
P.S do we have the boosts

That's exactly what I was thinking, maybe it is a starter anyway. Notice how the recipe we do know, Ultimacarooney -- (Chocolate Bar, Chocolate Milk, Coconut, Fudge and Marshmallows) looks remotely like Hot Marshmallow-- (Chocolate Bar, Milk and Marshmallows)?
So... Add some Fudge and Coconut, chocolate up that milk, (because it's not MEGA enough yet) and there you go. Hot Marshmallow, an existing similar recipe turns into it's all MEGA'D out counterpart, Ultimacarooney. ha ha.
Is it coincidence that Whirlowisk (new Mega recipe) sounds like Wishful Whirlawhip (existing recipe)?
Or that Superstinachew (new) sounds like Stikagoo Cake (existing)?
Ultimacarooney sounds nothing like the ingredients that are in it, so this recipe could be nothing like the ingredients. But this recipe might contain the ingredients in wishful whirl a whip
This is going to be hard

well just like with soft serve ice cream when you get it it's a swirl, nobody put a mini whirlpool in there that's how it's made.

Super yoshi is right the more attention we pay to the name the less attention we pay to the ACTUAL INGREDIENTS
