The knotty part makes me think of pretzels. And I see a resemblance to apples. So, I was going for the candy apple for the numnum part. That only leaves 3 more ingredients that could be ANYTHING. Probably some broccoli or shrimp cocktail thrown in to confuse. lol

Knotty somehow reminds me of wood... wood reminds me of trees... apples grow on trees! And so do cherries. And oranges. And most fruits, for that matter.
But pretzels are a good idea. The food itself looks twisty, so maybe twisty foods... macaroni and cheese? Licorice? Still no idea.

yeah, my head hurts now. lol And real life calls. Those are all good ideas.

I was working on Flanpyre too...just wanted to leave my thoughts on that with you too.

Just tried a few combos for this recipe- here are my findings...

Pumpkin + Apple + Cherries + Chocolate Pudding + Lollipop = MegaGunk!!

Licorice + Pretzel + Pumpkin + Pear + Lollipop = MEGAGUNK!

Apple + Macaroni and Cheese + Licorice + Cherries + Chocolate Pudding = Megagunk!!!

Coconut + Licorice + Pretzel + Pumpkin + Lollipop = OH MY GOSH!! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!! ... MORE MEGAGUNK!!

Apple + Chocolate Pudding + Bagel + Licorice + Pretzel = Mega-gunk...

More failed attempts. More Megagunk. Yaaagh.
