I think it looks like a glittering carved pineapple with ketchup life preservers (they are dripping) sinking into a big sloppy bowl of macaroni and cheese sauce that isn't dripping too fast. Maybe cheeseburger in this one? What else has ketchup? The rutter (rudder?) kind of looks like a fish too. Maybe I will try pineapple, cheeseburger, macaroni and cheese, french fries, and fish sticks.

I believe the cheese is a must after really looking at the finished product. Both color cheese from the platter seem to be present along with the red circles for life preservers.
The hull does, as someone pointed out look a little like baked potato, but the pizza crust seems to be an even closer match color-wise.
All right, I was just watching Food Network, and Everyday Italian was on. Giada (the host) was making something called "grapefruit milanese". I saw it and went up here to my computer and looked it up. Turns out, Milanese is a derivative of Milan, a city in Italy. So maybe there's some Italian food in here...? Like Spaghetti? I looked it up on Google, too, and the recommended search (all "milanese" got was stuff on Milan) was "chicken milanese", so maybe there's Chicken Nuggets in here, too?
That's just what I found. I still have no idea how to make this recipe.

I believe Milanese in cooking refers to breading (as in with bread crumbs), and pan-frying.
This is a great recipe! Looks like the SS Blueberry Bounty crashed into a sea of nacho cheese soup! Has anyone already compiled a comprehensive list of combinations already tried?
I like the idea of tomato soup, bread, and either cheeses or mac & cheese. Baked potato is also interesting for the brown color.
