Ms.Spook went to the teachers lounge and got her mail. She saw a letter that came from Earth. It was written like this:
deer mommy, its me, madaline i miss yu soooo mucth!!! i hope i can vist yu on halween lov yor dater, madeline
Ms. Spook didn't care about the spelling mistakes in the letter. Madeline was only 5! She put the letter some place safe and wrote a letter back that said:
Dear Madaline, I love you very much, sweety. I promise to bring you into Halloweentown on Halloween when the portal opens. You are too young to be away from your mom. I hope that Brian is taking care of you well! I miss you guys very much. I might just keep you two here in Halloweentown with me! Just get all of your things packed.. Halloween is only a couple days away! Love, Mom
