since you seem to be collecting a list of webkinz state names you can add:
new mix a go (new mexico)
and merry land (maryland)
i was talking to some one in the clubhouse she told me where she lived this way. (not safe!)
Hmmm, I see your point about the whole "what state do you live in?" thing.
Did you know that people can also say: Pencil van i a (Pennsylvania), (well, idk if you still can, i have seen people say it before)
people even get by with cuss words. :/ makes me mad people would even do that on webkinz.
I know! Isn't that so rude?! I get angry whenever I see someone do it. It doesn't make sense. People only do it to try and make them look cool and smart. If people don't like Webkinz or any item that is Webkinz related, then they shouldn't play with them!! It isn't good if there are little kids on the site reading what people say, even if it is spelled differently than in real life, it is still a problem. The security should be a lot better. That is where I am going to stop with this subject.
I guess, maybe, but still unlikely, unless the parents are bad parents and never told their children to not share personal info online. You can do Mini Soda for Minnesota.
Look how many members get scammed?! We all should know better. I believe most people want to see the good in people! Children are taught many things and a lot of times should know better...but they are still children. It can be unsafe to be able to type this type of info
Kids should know not to tell. But, somebody said, I am from Cat a rod o (callarado) and one said I am from tin a see (tennase). Then yet another said, I am from gee her man he (germany).
They asked where I was from but I said, 'Can't tell, sorry.' And left, I wasn't talking to them, anyway! I guess it isn't right for them to be able to say Phoneix, but, if you think about it, they would find ways around it! I mean, one person said take the first letter of everything I say.
Egg. Moat. At. Icecream. Lots. Moat. Egg. An. Tea.
Then they told their friend, 'Follow me!' And left.
They were saying, E-mail me at ___, but I never seen the rest. Now this is dangerous! Don't you think Ganz should have somebody watching every room at every minute, so they can modarate the right stuff and ban the right people? IDK. I don't think WW is very safe with all these kids getting around the word block! And it isn't really ganz fault that one city is able to say, kids would say something like, 'Fin oh exit, with out the it.' Or someything.
OMG! That's serious! You could probably say "New Yorkie" for new york too. GANZ needs to do something about this.
I sincerely doubt that "little" kids are giving out their states and other information, because "little" kids probably don't have KC Plus. And if they do it is the parent's job to be sitting right along side them when they are on KC Plus.
And to quote you, "GANZ needs to do something about this." My question is: "What more do you want them to do, besides take away KC Plus altogether?
I feel that there are too many restrictions now. You can't name your room. You can't say another pet's name, even though when you "mouse over them" their names appear.
When in the park, you can't ask if anyone has seen "Mr. Moo", because "Mr. Moo" turns red and according to GANZ is a bad word. Even though it is their name for their new personality. Most of the time when I am in KC Plus, I feel like a babbleing fool because I can't finish a sentence intelligently.
I understand that the web can be a terrible place, but GANZ can't be everywhere and watch everyone. Individuals MUST take responsibility for their actions. Here are some examples of what I mean.
Instead of parents being responsible and not leaving cigarette lighters where children could get them, companies had to make child proof lighters. Instead of parents watching their children and not leaving medications where they could get them, like a locked cabinet, companies have to make child proof medicine bottles. (Which are almost impossible to open, by some seniors, especially with bad arthritis.)
I think we need to put the responsibility back where it belongs.
