Lightbulb A safety idea

I really think that we should be able to view all items sent from our kinz post this would drastically eliminate the "thefts" from accounts. I have been reading around here, and it seems it is a big problem, I find someone has been hacking into my account, I get booted, then upon returning, I have money missing.

I change my password all the time it isn't helping.

It would be nice to know how this is happening, my only thoughts are that there must be hackers.

I couldn't agree with you more. Sometimes things go astray and we know we haven't given out our password to anyone. It happened to me. I am sure there was a glitch. Ganz response to me was that I must have given out my password. The only way those items could be gone was to have sent them to someone or that they were sent by someone who I gave my password to. If every item leaving our dock would show up the same as those received we would have an accurate record of everything. And we could see where rares or missing items were sent. Ganz has said they are looking for a way to help those with problems and it seems to me that would be an easy solution.

That is a very good idea! I have noticed many people on here talking about how a lot of their items have been taken from their account! That way they can see what was sent and who is was sent to! Maybe put this idea on the Comments and Suggestions page on Webkinz World, they might just use it1
