I agree 99%. I don't think you should be able to go on the wheel EVERY hour. Maybe like, 4 spins a day and I also think you should be be able to go on the spa trip with your pets, just to watch them if you want to. AND I think you should be able to explore the Island, like that Hippo Statue looks so cool...
My children like the travel idea, i do not know how old some of the people making these comments but for the most part you are on a children s site . As for the money issues my sons have over 100000 kin cash and they do not even play many games on the site so there is alot of money too be made on the site just doing the daily stuff.
I like the idea of the vacation & spa. It brings something new to Webkinz World. But I am not happy about the cost of $500 to enter. All I got for $500 kc was a piece of food. Hopefully Ganz will have more areas to explore and more prizes to win which will make the cost worth it.
You should at least have special spa games you can play as well as vacation only games!
The spa is sooo bad. A picture? At least make up play a game and THEN give all the pets the bonus. Maybe you can base how many pets get 100s depending on well you play with the base as being 5 pets get 100 for simply paying for the spa. That way, you can set an amount for the spa cost rather than changing it for each person. Someone who needs alot of love will have to play a game for it.
The vacation should have a game as well. The Pirates game is a good one but there should something special that you can't play anywhere else, and it should have a trophy!
I understand the one spin, one rock the boat, and a limit on purchases (the prices should be cheaper then). The problem is, once you are done, you're done. Nothing else to do.

The spa should be like taking a bath, you can file your pet's nails, do hair styles... take a MUD bath... I know it's new and all but they should charge less if this is it. The prices can go up as they add things but I have feeling they are just going add different vacations. The My Tickets is set up for it.
My kids liked the vacation at first but after the first couple, it has quickly gotten boring.

These are constructive suggestions for Ganz (mostly... I do find some people are less tactful). I think it is good idea to let them know what is good and what is bad as well as what we'd like to see. I always look for feedback from my students so I can better the class. Do I work very hard, yes, but I always want their experience to be fun, useful, and educational. If I can't better myself, I can't better them.
You are also forgetting that people pay alot of real money to Ganz. They do a great job but sometimes they need to know we are not happy with the products/site.
Thank you, though, for the reminder that criticism should be constructive.
