Totally agree! I also wish they would let us move estore things between accounts. I have won a couple of estore items on accounts that are active only because I keep them going (a niece that lost interest, for example), and I no longer even try to win things on those accounts because it's so frustrating to have things that never get used.
I understand the reasoning behind it, but surely they could come up with a method that would prevent children from accidently selling, trading, or giving away estore items.
I support! And like what Phoebe's Mom was just talking about, maybe that method of preventing kids from accidentally selling, trading, or giving away e-store items is maybe they could come up with a little box that says "--- is an e-store item (or whatever it may be). Are you sure you want to give it away?" Just my thought...
I think Ganz should make a schedule so they can pick a specific day where you can KinzPost everything (aside from the guide or failed recipes). If Ganz let people KinzPost almost every item every day, there would be too many crimes on eBay. Still creative, though!
About once a year, I call Customer support and ask them to destroy the unwanted eStore prizes. It is degrading for me (who does like begging on the phone) and time consuming for them. Why Ganz insists on humiliating their customers while burdening their employees is beyond me. It also doesn't work for non-eStore items that cannot be sold.
