So many things have been getting irrated at Ganz, and I figure since they're such a great buisness they probably love feedback. So I though WI could submit ideas to improve Ganz.
If you post an idea I will put it up here and then in a week or two I will e-mail it to Ganz. It can be about anything, whether it's big or small!
1) Be Polite
2) Don't start any fights over disagreements, you can point it out, just be civil !
3) Include your WW username so I can put it next to the idea! If you agree with a rule already up here, tell me and I will put your name next to it!
4) You don't have to do this, but your ideas just put in bold! All you have to do is highlight and the idea and hit Ctrl+B.
The blue is for the idea, and the green is for people who agree!
Note: These aren't in any order, just in order of how they were posted!
1) Bring back the rare items list! Lots of people used them, and it only attracted more people to webkinz! Plus, it made people very proud of their rares! 1) Animalzrock 2) 3) 4) 5) 2) Telling WW members about different glitches when they happen, and this would also cut back on calls and e-mails, giving Ganz more time to fix the issues! 1) Samlab25 2) 12penelope 3)Baltimorecolts 4) 5) 3) Fix the glitches, and then bring in the new items, and have a testing team. 1) cubbyfanjohn 2) Baltimorecolts 3) 4) 5) 4) Improve the quality of plushies 1) Animalzrock 2) Baltimorecolts 3) 4) 5) 5) More interesting games that don't require buying anything 1) juicy_j 2) Animalzrock 3) 4) 5) 6) 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 7) 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 8 ) 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 9) 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 10)

24 hour tech support for this type of business is not a reality. These glitches are NOT life altering issues. However, when you call during call center hours, which should realistically be 8am to 8pm at least on a daily basis, you should have the option to hold for as long as you'd like to speak to a live person and also to leave a message and expect a call back in no more than 24 hours.
Ganz really should beef up their support staff, they sound like they are overworked and frustrated with all the issues they have going on.
Additionally, they need to improve their communication. When there are adoption issues, curio shop issues, kinzcash issues, etc., they should be telling us so that we are making informed decisions about when to adopt new pets, if we need to look at Arte every hour for the rares, when we will get to name our rooms, etc. If they were smart, that could REALLY cut back on the number of calls and emails they receive. People wouldn't be adopting new pets right now if they realized that you may still not get your exclusives with each new adoption. I was told when I spoke to Ganz that we should wait a few more days (this was on Wed.), so if I didn't know any better I'd think it was safe to adopt today, but it still isn't. Why can't they update their site to reflect that we should wait?!?! Wouldn't that save them a little time and a lot of calls and emails for assistance??
All in all, Ganz biggest problem is customer service. If they don't step up soon, people will really start abandoning them.
