I agree 1000%. I can't afford a deluxe membership for my daughter but of course she sees all the things offered and wants them. The last plushie we bought was so poorly sewn its arm came off. She named it boo boo however that name wasn't allowed so it ended up being named bo bo. Anyway, it all seems very unfair to us regular people, the ones who got them where they are today. I spend more time on WI than webkinz anymore and even my daughter isn't doing as much with it because she can't buy the rares she wants because they are only for deluxe members. It makes me so mad.

I know! One day I got bored and watched the video for parents to watch about webkinz and it was all about when you buy a plush pet you can bring it to life! Well now, when you buy pixels you can bring those to life??

here are what ganz says about when you loose kinzcash due to glitches
"Unfortunately, once you are logged into a game, your turn is automatically counted, so if you are accidentally logged out, there is nothing we can do. Sometimes during peak hours, certain people's connection to the site can become unstable. We are constantly working at improving the increasing demand on our servers so these situations won't happen as much in the future."

"In both the Arcade and Quizzy's, KinzCash is awarded at the moment you win it. Even though Quizzy's keeps score of how much you have won, KinzCash is added to your count right after you answer a question.
Is it possible you didn't notice that your KinzCash went up? We suggest next time you play, you note what your KinzCash count was before and after you play."

"In most cases, KinzCash gets put on your account the instant you win or earn it. You may not have seen what your KinzCash count was before, or your view of your count was blocked so you did not see it change, like in an Arcade Game. What happened to the days when WW was about helping younger children learn about the responsibilities of taking care of a virtual pet, feeding it, playing with it, and earning money to buy it items to make it happy?

The site is bordering on being an online casino to get kids hooked on playing (wishing well = slot machine, wheel of etc = roulette wheel, solitaire = blackjack, pet gifts = crapshoot for random prizes, balloon darts=carnival ripoffs.... you get the picture).

It seems the more you buy on WW the more fun you'll have.

Don't get me wrong- my family and I really want to enjoy this website- we just can't afford the escalating costs GANZ applies to become one of their elite sets to have 'fun'... and not to mention the countless site glitches and bugs which, of course, we as users are wearing- if there's a glitch in our favour you can bet it gets fixed within a few hours.

Lucky I know how to sew as well. I'll try to fix my little Olli as well. Lucky Oreo, the only problem with her, is oversized eyes, but it makes her look cuter so that's OK!

They have the plushes made overseas which means pennies on the dollar paid to workers plus since not in Canada or American the company pays out no workers compensation, no unemployment and no other customary items than our companies pay out here {all the while also getting materials for pennies on the dollar what it would cost them here}.

They do not have enough customer service people nor are they trained {or informed} well enough to provide any kind of real service to help with all the problems with all those thousands of accounts. Instead of making things better they have repeatedly made them worse when they do anything at all. I have written to them over 3 dozen times, and in that 36 plus emails I have been sent 3 SINGLE emails back, all their 'regular' form letter nonsense that had nothing to do with the problem. I have always started out with all the details that anyone working on that problem with that account would need -- I am a computer tech, I have this system and this system and this system with these programs and I have access to a bunch more computers with different systems. All of the systems are up to date, all of those computers and all of those browsers and all of those programs run just fine actually great on every site but THAT one. It IS their site, it IS their fault, and they ARE the ones that caused all the problems. I have also called them over half a dozen times; I have never been called back.

The problems, NOT glitches, go from not being able to log in, once logged in not being able to actually do anything, repeated long please wait, items going 'missing' when no one but me and them know my password, buying things with and without coupons in wshop only to have the site take my coupon and my kc and never give me my items {which I told them point blank is not a 'missing' item since I never got it}. I have adopted plushes to get all of a blank box, never the additional adoption gift, not the pet item, not the kc, not the cares item even when opening the box, not paid for games played, gems stolen and never returned, items 'missing' from dock and from rooms, and so on and on.

By the way, regardless of their overseas accounts and all the company only sees 'fit' to be open on kinz time {KT}, which is Eastern Standard Time {EST}, from about 8 or 9 in the morning until 4 or 4:30 {and remember that is eastern time}. They have also never said why the american accounts, of which they have the most members {especially if you include North America which is Canada also} 'has' to go down for 6 HOURS every single night now, when nothing is done. Yet Asian and European accounts go down for two MINUTES, that's all, right at their 2 am kt time on those accounts.

I have read things, especially on this site, where if anyone even slightly says anything 'bad' about the company they are told they are 'ganz bashing'. I am not ganz bashing, but it is 'bad' -- which means they should fix all the bad things because it's the truth. They can buy more servers, get better and more programmers, quit shoving useless things in to all those same badly programmed already over-stuffed servers like the so called news site which has wrong or no information and the estore and even the junior site {yes, they are all on the same few pitiful servers}.

As for the estore specifically, it is a matter of simple economics that while 'enough' people are willing to shell out real dollars for virtual items {bits and bytes as I call them} then the company will keep being greedy and not do anything about all the other much more important things like the site running junky. It is not only time they fixed the site but past time, but they don't care. Just because a company is run to make money does not mean they have to be greedy, but Ganz is just that. The charms someone talked about being 20 {assume they meant USD/American currency}, that would be on ebay or somewhere, which is 'after market' because the actual charms were pulled by the government because they contained too much lead in them. So saying that 20 versus the 2.50 they are charging now {with nothing but bits and bytes} is not a valid comparison plus the fact of the matter is that it takes AT LEAST EIGHT charms to unlock all the paths, but actually 24 to open everything up. That means even at 1.50 {which has to be put in, now, at minimum of 10 dollar sections whether you use all of it up at one time or not} for 24 charms is 36 dollars.

Now for the figurines, the cheapest MSRP {manufacturer suggested retail price, which is what THEY say the sellers should charge for them} is 7 each; they also say right on the site and other places that to get any decent kind of prize or even just a chance at better prizes that you need to have at least 40 figurines in, yes that is forty which means just to open up woodland blunders {my little joke, just ignore it} and have the slightest chance to get more than seeds or sap glop more likely you would have to pay out 280 dollars just for that section. Again, yes they are greedy.

They have taken the tons of money that they have made off very loyal customers trying to use a very bad site to do absolutely nothing that helped the site run right or to try to fix the problems in any way. The plushes are very badly made but at least with a physical object they could be donated to shelters, police, hospitals or other places dealing with children. They should be made better and they should be cheap enough that as the company themself claim where children could buy them with their allowance. It IS my money they are wasting when they spend at the estore, because it continues to 'tell' that company that some of their customers are willing to put up with accounts they can hardly use on a site that is rarely 'acting right'. Other companies that have tried this with me and others soon found out that the one plush was all that was bought or the 1 month subscription, then nothing else. It is NOT 'wanting it all' or going 'more more more' -- it is demanding that you get what you paid for, that is rightfully yours, not a handful of pre-written spam excuses that don't deal or fix any of the problems.

The site itself, on one hand, is trying to use the excuse that certain things are the way that they are because it's a kids' site -- then why are some games way too hard for those kids, all kids, to play? Why don't those games when they do play them give them the kc they earned without freezing out, knocking them off, or telling them they were too good so they must have cheated and won't get anything there, either. Why do strawberries cost 6 kc and movie screens 40,000 kc, especially since the daily and other activities pay so pitifully {supposedly because a 'kid' can make enough money to feed their pets, even with the HHH problems dropping them down to zero or even vacation ghost doing the same thing after they paid 500 kc to go on vacation}. In fact there are a lot of accounts that don't 'reset' the activities, some here and there some a lot, and other activities that have been 'broken' for weeks and even months; my main account is one of those, so there are plenty of days I can not even 'earn' the little bit of pitiful amounts I could have gotten because it claims I have done the things already {because it didn't reset, again}. I went in other day and got a key in charm forest, which got me 5 pods; sap, sap, sap, sap, and by the way sap. I did the token balloon dart game; old boot, sink, tin can, 'sorry' note, and chattering teeth -- nothing, again. This happens all the time with that account and my others plus ones I 'sit' for.

It's bad so called decisions, they are greedy, it's a bad company and when not if it goes down a lot of people will be out a lot of money with nothing to show for it -- at least with cable or whatever there was the enjoyment from watching and all, but with this site and most accounts being so NOT accessible it is NOT 'worth it'.
