When I harvest my gardens I have many hundreds of farm fresh items in my dock. The problem comes when I want to sell them because I have to drag each of them in, one by one in groups of nine, to sell. I would like to be able to sell lots of them all at once. Could we make it so that when I want to sell some crop that they let me enter how many I'd like to sell? In other words, if I have 500 strawberries to sell I would like to drag one strawberry up in the "sell" area and then adjust the "number to sell" to 450, or whatever you want. This would be WAY less time consuming and probably easier on Ganz servers.

What's everyone think?

That is a VERY good idea. It gets frustrating when it juust returns it to your dock. I ♥ this idea!

Sno, how do you save your veggies as emergency money? Do you just have a ton of fridges?

I just keep them in my dock =)

Thanks for thinking I have a good point BTW

Nope! Plant then water, then only rake and harvest are needed. It won't affect your yield or anything else. Enjoy all the extra free time!

I've thought about this, and from a Ganz point of view, it would not be in their best interest to make it easy for us to sell the fruits/veggies we garden.

Gardening is a way for us to make money quickly. Without it, the only other ways to make money QUICKLY are buying new pets and other real-life items that give us codes for things and money. So, the easier they make it for us to use the gardening to make money, the less likely we are to buy things to make the same amount of money, thus losing profits for them

I don't think they intended for us to be able to make so much money off of gardening. I think their original intention was for people like my friend, who only has one garden and only makes a little bit here and there. Half of the time, she gives the food to her pets instead of selling it.

Also, even though it's a pain to sell the food, I think it helps me to save money. I keep a lot of my veggies as emergency "money" for when I want a rare. Otherwise, if it was too easy to sell the food, I'd do so, and as soon as it's in my webkinz money balance, it's as good as gone
I get where you're driving at but if they're selling fancy beds for 12,000 KC then you MUST have a big farm or else you can't afford all the cooler stuff! Plus, one harvest every ten days or so isn't very quick.

I agree, selling crops is a pain in the behind when you have so many gardens like some of us do here. I have been paying my son to do it for me.
But yes something way easier would be greatly appreciated.

They're selling beds for 12,000 KC? Where? The most expensive one I see in the W shop is less than 2000. I think you're thinking of the value in the gift exchange perhaps? But being able to have good stuff to trade usually means you've adopted A LOT of pets.

I think they're hoping you buy more kinz pets to get the money, as opposed to gardening.

And some of the plants take less time. There's one that harvests in 6 days, 2 that harvest in 7 days, and I forget the rest.

But who knows Ganz motives behind not making it easy for us...I'm sure they know it's a problem but don't want to fix it for whatever reasons

The Bed of the Pharaoh is 12,500 KC as most of the Egyptian rare items are in the thousands. The Kooky Scientist theme has a Dream O Meter bed for 4,800 KC and the Medieval Theme has a Royal Estate bed for 7,750 KC. Oh, and the new Ancient Civilization theme has the Emperor's Bed for 11,100 KC, so there's more than a few items for really big bucks.

As for their "hopes" I won't be buying 30 Webkinz to meet their hopes. What they have is what they have, whatever their hopes were. There are many people who garden heavily and this suggestion is to try and help them out.

I agree with the member who thinks that it would be great if Ganz would make it easier to sell the FFfood, but I also agree with those who said they don't think Ganz would go for it. Espeically with the fact that they just lowered the sell price of the most popular cash crop, strawberries. I'm pretty sure they don't want to make gardening for profit any easier for us than they have to.
The person who posted about not needing to water the plants is right. I have numerous gardens and all I do is rake weeds and harvest. I've heard that it adds an extra day to the growth cycle, but if you just stagger your plantings it's not a big deal since you still harvest a different garden every few days.
Finally some folks say that they use the harvested food to feed their pets, but I just wanted to offer that this is not really the most econimical way to use the FFfood. Let me give an example:
Using strawberries as my example, I've noticed that each one only raises my pet's fullness meter by one "point". So if I feed my pet five strawberries, then it only increases by five points. However, if I sell those same five strawberries to the W-shop I will get 30kc. I can use that to buy one of the pet's PSF for 25kc and have 5kc left over. When I feed my pet the PSF, it raises the fullness meter by nine points (last time I checked). So the most economical use of the FFfood is to sell it to the W-shop and then use the money to buy PSF.
