Angry estore Black Friday Complaint

I was purchasing lots of Black Friday Sale items from the Ganzestore and when I was finished it said certain items had been removed because they had sold out while I was in the middle of my purchase.

If the item was in your cart it should be honored, no matter what.

I was very upset because one of them was the circus wallpaper and it was my primary 'want'.

It said the items were sold out!!!!!!

How can a virtual item 'sell out' for goodness sake?

On some I have flooring and no walls, now what?

I called Ganz cust service and they could have cared less. Basically oh well, so sorry.

There isn't much nice about this.

Why is it necessary to have limited VIRTUAL items, what difference does it make to them? We aren't here for reality.

Maybe they could offer a sale like this more often.

I definitely agree with you! I haven't purchased items from the eStore in some time now, and don't have any more points. That's just- stupid. I was looking at the sales before and thought that it was pretty cool, having black Friday deals at the Ganz eStore. Virtual items can never run out, I thought. From what you're saying, I guess now they can. It's just dumb, I'm so sorry that you can't get your items!

Sorry you couldn't buy some of those items. If that happened to me, I'd be as upset as you are.
And how can a virtual item sell out?
(I'm not sure, but I think this is in the wrong section. )

I'm sorry you didn't get the things you wanted. I agree, if something is in your cart, you should be able to buy it. And I always wondered, too, how a VIRTUAL item can be "sold out."

I'm sorry this happened. If it happened to me, I would be as upset as you are. I also ponder across the thought of "selling out" on virtual items.

I'm sorry that that happened to you. Hope you can get those items soon.
The items are sold out because each item in the estore comes with a code and Ganz only has a certain amount of codes. Ganz doesn't have an unlimited amount of codes, they have to program all of them into the system before they can sell them. Just like with regular stores on black friday, each store only has a certain amount of each item so its first come first serve.

i think they ran out in the codes for the item, do they have codes? i heard they had codes, but i never purchased anything from the estore, so i wouldn't know. anyway....... if my theory is correct, you would think that they would have people working on making codes right now, plus it's black friday (yes i am canadian, but i can still know about this stuff) so you would think they would have a ton of codes made already. whatever, this is why i never buy anything from the estore........
