I love your thoughts. I have often said that it seems that when we win something it is like Ganz is giving us real money or spending all their profits from people like us who keep Webkinz going strong when they give out gifts . I think you should write your ideas in a letter and then post it somewhere where others can print it and we can all start bombarding Ganz with them. I know Ganz 's address is listed on the internet I suggest you mark the envelope ATTN GANZ PRESIDENT.
I agree! Great ideas1 But with lax security, I think #1 should be....
Anyone Calling Ganz needs to tell them this...
I posted this a couple of days ago, but not that many people read it, and I think it is important, so I am going to post it again. Anyone who calls Ganz should mention this to them. I think it is long overdue and their security is so lacking!
Ganz should update their programs so that accounts can be secured with the user name, and not by being able to reset passwords with any adoption code. Ganz could make a page where you would log into Webkinz, enter your username, email address and answer some private questions that only you would know. Once a person has done this, they should no longer be able to reset their password with any adoption codes, but instead be able to click on a link on the log in page where they would have to put in their user name, answer their private questions, and then their new password would be emailed to the address that they gave when choosing to sign up for secure log-in. There is no reason in my opinion that you should be able to reset your password using only an adoption tag that could have been guessed, found in your child's room by one of their friends, or even found in the trash!
I have sent this to Webkinz in their suggestion location in the newspaper. I think everyone else should do the same! Hopefully with enough feedback, they will do something about this, because it is really a recipe for disaster!
I CAN NOT EVEN BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW HAPPY I WAS TO READ YOUR 10 SUGGESTIONS!
THEY ARE GREAT IDEAS AND I REALLY HOPE THAT GANZ PAYS ATTENTION.
I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED WITH ALL THE GLITCHES. I DON'T KNOW IF THEY REALLY GET THAT WE AS CONSUMERS ARE PAYING REAL MONEY AND THAT IF WE DON'T GET WHAT WE WANT FOR OUR MONEY OR ARE UNABLE TO PLAY DUE TO HAVING SPENT TOO MUCH MONEY (LARGE ACCOUNTS ARE HAVING MORE AND MORE PROBLEMS LOADING) THAT THEIR GRAVY TRAIN WILL GO AWAY.
I LOVE PLAYING AND I LOVE COLLECTING THINGS BUT WHEN YOU DO THIS TO RELAX...
YOU DON'T NEED THE STRESS!
IT IS WONDERFUL THAT THERE ARE USERS LIKE YOURSELF THAT COME UP WITH GREAT NEW IDEAS AND I HOPE TO SEE SOME CHANGES IN THE FUTURE!
I'm with everyone else here.Wonderful ideas!
Now all we can do is hope that Ganz actually listens
to what we want.
The shopping point you have is right on the mark.I can't wait
until Monday so I can put my frog on and see what exclusive I
get and I'm always checking WI to see what's at Arte's.They are saddly
lacking in the new themes at the W-shop.For awhile I've been hoping
they would just add a few random decorations that could go with any
room design.Nothing big but something new.
Have also stopped buying trading cards because of the lousy'
Thanks for putting the problems we're all dealing with so eloquently.
