I wouldn't call the number. I know that sounds really bad, but I'm just being honest.
Re: What Would You Do In This Situation-honest answers please!
if i showed it to my parents and they do the whole 'you shouldn't have taken it' thing, that would be so uncool, because what if i just leave it there at a stray dog or something picks it up and rip the $200? i would call the number,
i once found a wallet with $40 inside, there was also a driver's license, and it had the address and picture of the owner of the wallet, i returned it, it turns out that person lived on my block

I would call the number, grill them with a ton of questions to make sure its actually their wallet (LOL), and if it is, give it back to them.
I know I would truly appreciate it if I lost my wallet and someone gave it back to me. So why not do the same?

2. This isn't the right person. someone just scored two hundred bucks.

Okay...honestly....if it all happened just that way, I would call the number. HOWEVER....if I found $200 with no ID, I probably wouldn't actually even look for a lost ad....I would just keep it! Win some, lose some. I've lost money, and I've found money.... It would have to be a higher amount before I really started worrying about who lost it! And that's my honest answer....
