I wouldn't call the number. I know that sounds really bad, but I'm just being honest.
Re: What Would You Do In This Situation-honest answers please!
I would return the wallet to the owner. It's their money & they saved up the $200 dollars & I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be happy if you spent the $200 on something YOU wanted.

I'd call the number. I just can't just steal something from someone. It just makes me feel bad after. :\
Besides, the person would be so thankful. I remember when I lost something valuable and someone returned it. You wouldn't know how happy I was.
Re: What Would You Do In This Situation-honest answers please!
I would definitely call the number. Someone took the time to place an ad so he must really be desperate for his lost wallet. My dh left his wallet in a cab once. He thought he slid it in his back pocket but it must have not actually gone into the pocket. The cab driver never returned it and dh had no reason to note the cab number before that haappened. Let me say...you feel very violated when someone is walking around with your info.
...and who knows...the person may even offer a reward for your honest deed
