I crack my knuckles, toes, and ankles. The knuckles and toes are because they feel cramped and to loosen them up a bit. My ankles crack by accident because their weaker than everything else. I think it's because I always sprain my ankles

Lol. when i picked up my bookbag(it had a textbook in it) it wasn't heavy. but i picked it up in one hand and my whole arm,including elbow and wrist,cracked. haha it felt wierd but good

It isn't bad for you our good for you. The cracking noise is caused by natural fluid that has built up in between you ligamints I think and then it is popping when you "crack" a part of your body.
