I bite my tounge and stare out the window and sometimes cry.

depends. Usually I "throw things" around. Or take something and beat it on my pillow.

It depends. If it's something I can solve, I will try to fix it. If I can't do anything about it, I usually want to talk about it to someone, and cool down.

Cry because my life is horrible right now my "friend" moved away last year my best friend hates me now as does my friend and my Uncle and grandmother both died within two months. =P

I cry, scowl, sigh, and sometimes punch a pillow... I take out all my anger on my pillow, it has dents in it now.

i usually make mean faces and have an attitude and like if my brother says something to me i just stare at him with a mean face and say "i don't care." i'm mean when im mad...
