If you know at least a couple of his songs well, and enjoy listening to them, then I would go! Also, considering that Owl City is now a very popular band, $20 is a bargin!

That is incredibly cheap (most of the concerts I have been to have been $100 dollars or above), and you can always go to the mall...the concert is once-in-a-lifetime.
