It really depends. When I'm mad at a family member, I can't stay mad at them for more than a day, 'cause, you know, you see them every day. But when something big happens, like a friend abandons me or something, I can hold the grudge for years.
Really depends on the person, and the severity of what they did.
But, typically, I tend to hold a grudge for longer than I should.
I may be able to forgive them, but if they did something really bad, I'm never going to forget what they did...
