Really depends on the person, and the severity of what they did.
But, typically, I tend to hold a grudge for longer than I should.
I may be able to forgive them, but if they did something really bad, I'm never going to forget what they did...
I agree with Marisa. If it's like, somebody broke my pencil or something (lol), I would be annoyed but I wouldn't be like: "OMG you're that person that broke my pencil!" ten years later. xD
I'm still holding a grudge against my boyfriend for using the incorrect form of "you're" in a text. And that was, like, last week. And that was just one grammatical error.
IMAGINE HOW MUCH OF A GRUDGE I HOLD WHEN IT'S SOMETHING ACTUALLY GRUDGE-WORTHY.
