I thought it was sorta weird at first too. But, chapter 10 is still pretty early. One you get farther into into the book, you'll enjoy it more.

I just finished reading it for language arts a couple weeks ago. I didn't like that book. Nope! I mean, it's fine. Just fine. Nothing more. It was just strange

Yes! I agree totally! One of the point-blank most thought provoking books I've ever read. It absolutely killed me. I mean, it was horribly painful to read, I cried numerous times. I've actually read it three or four times since. It really is just... wow. Like you, we had to read it in school last year.

I read it over the summer for school. It surely is a book that's good to reread because of all of the hidden meaning in it. I thought it was okay, but it was very interesting and it was written very well.
