Sometimes it is a matter of what is best. Maybe your Mom can see that your younger sister might mature faster with you as her role model It may not be as bad as you think. Have her help you re-arrange the room so that you can lay the ground rules about the untouchables, BUT at the same time be open to the things SHE treasures, no matter how 'babyish' they may seem. That way it puts you both at a level playing field
I hope this works out for you. I grew up with my sisters sharing a room and I miss that now. We weren't close to begin with (my youngest sister was 5 years younger than me) But it turned out that I had exposure to one of the BEST organizers because I did share my room with her. I learned stuff from her not just her learning from me.

Nope!! I have to share a room with my younger sis and when ever i go to a friends house on a sleep over i come back, walk in my room and... BAM!!! The whole room is a mess!!! Sharing a room can be fun some times but NOT ALL the time!! I really want my own room
