Definitely..
The universe is so vast, that it'd be strange if we were the ONLY inhabitants..

and I don't think that life on other planets have to abide by Earth laws of science..
Sure, science is set-in-stone facts.. but there is more to it that we don't even know yet, or can't even learn about..

It really bothers me when people say "Alien" and others start coming up with things such as, green people, superintelligence, and UFOs.. First thing wrong about that statement, is that a UFO is an UNIDENTIFIED FLYING OBJECT! For all we know, a flying couch in the middle of the ionosphere could be called a UFO. A flying saucer is specifically what fictional aliens use. And also, who said aliens are going to dominate the world and are superintelligent? for all we know, they could be measly little bacteria..
