I eat it in a bowl with a fork. If it were on a plate, it would slide off for me. Also with a fork you can stab and pick up the noodles.

Um, depending on what's available at the time, any combination... for dinner when it's fresh usually on a plate with a fork. If it's leftovers for lunch the next day, usually in a bowl with a fork or sometimes a spoon i guess. But I don't think I ever eat it on a plate with a spoon because if it's on a plate, there is usually something else there too and I eat almost everything with a fork so it just makes sense to use a fork for that, too.

Wow, I just realized how long and complicated my mac and cheese eating habits are.

Ohh, I don't know! It depends on how it's fixed, and what utensils are on hand. For example:

TV dinner macaroni and cheese - in the tray, usually with a fork
Pre-packaged macaroni and cheese that you fix in the microwave with water and powdered cheese and all that stuff - in a bowl, usually with a fork, sometimes with a spoon
Macaroni and cheese that my mom makes for dinner sometimes - on a plate (since we usually have other stuff alongside it) or sometimes in a bowl, usually with a spoon.

... aaaagh! I can't decide. But since I think I eat the pre-packaged mac & cheese more often... in a bowl, with a fork.

I eat it with a spoon in a bowl so I can get all the sauce. My kids eat it in a bowl with a fork because they don't like the sauce

The next debate should be: breadcrumbs, extra cheese or nothing on top!
