| | So you're having problems with your GANZ customer support form..what the problem might be and how to fix it(without sending any angry e-mails or starting lawsuits)
So something has gone wrong in WW for you. Maybe a stuck item.Or an Error message. You've tried to go through the proper channels-but it says "YOUR ACCOUNT VERIFICATION DOES NOT MATCH OUR RECORDS". You are most likely making a small mistake-and you can fix it without throwing things at your moniter.
The form looks something like this:
First, you might have entered your date of birth MM/DD/YYYY. For some reason, GANZ does it DD/MM/YYYY.
So if you're birth date id June 4th, 1946, you would put in 4/6/1946, instead of 6/4/1946.
It's still not sending the request? Then make sure you entered your name the way you did when you made an account. You can check this by going to My Pets,and clicking the thing that looks like a
gold coin with a W on it. It is your adoption certificate-and will show the name you put in when making your account.
Still not working? Check the secret code you're using. If you're house has more than one of the same animals on different accounts-then you may be using the wrong one. To make sure it's the right one, use a secret code for a pet that is only on the account where you have a problem.
Not sending it now? Make sure your e-mail address it correct.You might have a .con, or your @ is a 2. Sadly, your certificate does not display the e-mail address you used, so if you have more than one, you'll have to try them all until one works.
If it's still not working, make sure your username is spelled right.
Let's hope that all our stuck items are unstuck, are missing pets are back,and the error messages we get are gone, and soon!
