Default siggie help please

Hi thanks for coming to my rescue -

I animated a file in adobe photo shop and added links by slicing it and planned to use this animated file with links in my siggie, but I dont know how to get it from point a (the finished file) to point b (my siggie on WI)

If anyone could tell me how to save it to add it to tinypics and or right onto here I'd be very grateful. I don't know if its how I'm saving it or if i'm just lost since I've never made a siggie before.

Thanks everyone

Which needs to be loaded onto a server to make it into a url. I don't know where i can take it to make it a url. Example my school gives us web space to do that sort of thing but i need to use it for class and cant add it to that site now and since i will be graduating i would lose the space in a month. I was just wondering if there was web space that allowed you ad a base file and was not set up like a blog (example comcast)

The other issue is that maybe her is another way to save it. If that is a possibility I would like to do that.
