I adopted a POTM last night and did not get a loot bag... I called customer service this morning, and they called back this afternoon and put the items in the dock, so don't give up hope!
I had adopted several POTM earlier in the month on the same account and had no problems, I asked if it was OK to adopt more POTM and she said as far as she knew there were no systems porlbems with that , so to go ahead and adopt.
Wow, wish I would have known all of that before we adopted the pet of the month 2 days ago- the 1st of the month. My 6 year old had cried all day each day believing that she will never see the things she is supposed to get. We have tried contacting them, but no response yet. If I don't hear from them by Wednesday I am going to call. Thanks for all of the information it lets me know we aren't the only ones- sadly.
Last month that happened to me and this month it happened again. This time I got a response by today and I e-mailed them yesterday. Last time it took almost 2 weeks. Today when the lady called me she actually asked me what item I wanted, that was pretty cool. It's in my dock too! =)
We added the polar bear just before Christmas in December and got nothing. Emailed Ganz but received no reply. Thought maybe because it was fairly late in the month.
Then we added the bulldog on January 1 and again nothing! Major disappointment! Emailed Ganz several times before getting a reply telling us to call a specific extension between 9 and 5. I called about a half dozen times and NO ONE ever answered or returned my message even though the recording said they would "return your call within 24 hours." Got so frustrated I started sending emails every couple days. Finally someone called on January 22. She was nice, put the items in my dock for January but then said she could not do anything about December because it was too late after the fact. ???
She did tell me that you can call them when you are ready to add a POTM and they will do it for you while you are on the phone so if there is a problem they can fix it immediately.
