Thought I'd let you know....We adopted my DD's pOTM about 20 minutes after kinz time changed to the 1st of march, and we got the loot bag just fine. I usually log out and then log back in and switch rooms before the bag shows up, but this time it showed right away, so i took a chance that it wouldn't be empty, and opened it. Got the submarine. Just a reminder to everyone...if you get an empty bag, take a screen shot as proof for Ganz and they should honor it.

It is true sometimes if you register a pom to fast you dont get the bag. sometimes you need to log out and log back in. if you still dont get your bag Ganz has been really good about fixing the issue.

What item did you get? We don't get the new item just because it's new. We get one of the items we don't have.

Say there are 20 PoTM items and you have 15. The system will 'read' your account and give you one of the missing 5 items.

Hi Mathmom ,
I have a question which I am sure you know the answer to Yesterday, I have adopted Yorkie and have not received POTM loot bag. I have not called Ganz yet and would like to do so tomorrow morning. My question is - I have lot of pending trades in GE (which as you know) require sending out items. If I do so, could I be told by customer service that I have shipped the POTM item out and now complain or is it safe to proceed with my trades as usual?

That is a possibility. They can see if you ship out items after adopting. If it were me, I'd hold off until hearing from them - I'd rather err on the side of caution as I can be paranoid about things. LOL

You would only receive the plant for the POTM if you had all of the other items already. If so then call Ganz. Good luck..

I have only had this happen to me once and I was told they have a special computer that keeps track. You can find how to report it in the customer service area.
