So I did a couple, the first one i followed your instructions completely, but saved it as a gif, and it gave it a cool watery looking effect!

and this second one I did some random messing around with; multiple brush sizes, a couple different gradient patterns, and an extra layer. I'm pretty darn pleased with how it turned out!

Wow I love how saving it as a gif gave it that amazing watery effect. I actually never knew that! Also, the other one you made by changing the effects looks very cool! I did not try changing so many effects, and I'm surprised to see that it turns out so well!
