I have no problem making the picture and animating it, but I just can't download it. When I do it saves it and then I go to edit my signature and I click browse and click on my pic. but it says the file is too big. I've tried to do several other things but nothing works.

Sorry for the delay in response guys. My daughter and I have had pneumonia the last week and we're just now getting up and around again.

For everyone having trouble with their avvy size, I can tell you an easy way to remedy that. When you upload your picture into photobucket above it you will see an "edit" button. Click on that. Then you will see a button above it on your new screen that says "resize." Choose the button that says "avatar100x100." Click that and then go back to your gallery. Click the "refresh" button and your image will be the 100x100 avatar size. I'll add pics later

Look on the right hand side of the screen. There is an area labeled "layers." What you have to do is make sure your picture of the snowglobe is on top of the background picture. To change which picture is on top just click the picture you want to move and drag it up the stack until it is on top. To adjust the background after you have them layered just click the center of the snowglobe where the background is showing. That will let you reach through to that layer and move it until you are happy with it's location. If you have any problems just LMK and I'll try another way to explain it :0)
Click the image to open in full size.
Dogsdigsholes...Hi I have been trying so hard to do this part. I cant seem to get my background picture to be placed underneath the globe picture. The little white box with the red x on it (underneath the Layer, on the right hand side)will be highlighted with the globe pictures beneath it but when I click on the background picture it will switch and then the white box with the red x is no longer highlighted.... and the background picture is on a diffrent Layer. I have made the background pic smaller so it will fit, but just can't seem to get all the pics under the same Layer. Do you understand what I'm trying to explain, because I barely do??? Lol!!!
