Is it going to be Cartoon Fantasy or what?: Based on the life of a teenage girl and every-day teenage challenges she has to face....a little bit of adventure!
How many words in the title: It doesn't really matter!!!
What would you right on the beack of the book to give info from the book: Maybe something like:

Kaysey has it tough....her parents are getting divorced, the every-day bullies at her middle school, and the gene of knowing something that might happen next.....tough's the perfect word. Along the way, Kaysey finds who she really is...and maybe a few adventures on the way!

this is very insightful! but why are you desperately holding off violence in all titles except adult novels? i mean lots of teen books have violence in them, so should the title sort of harold whats in the book?
also, do you rate titles? because i came up for this title for a book i am co-authoring, but my partner disslikes it because she says it sound to much like adult fiction (it's supposed to be for a generally teen audience). It's set in the Kingdom of Scrodia, and the title i came up with was, Scrodia: a Tale of Love and War. What do you think? too sappy, to grown-up?

um...insightful means smart...well thought about...you know that, right? so are we talking about novels (go into the library and get the books off the shelf take them home and spend days in bliss) or WI stories (spend countless hours scrolling through the cleverly devised memeber's fiction)? bcause i get the whole no-violence thing on this sight (though i wish it wasn't so strict) but sometimes violence is necessary for the action we get in novels. i m trying to come up with a title for my action-packed romance novel, which due to some slightly graphic scenes (nothing that would be rated R, but they still wouldn't want it here) i am not going to post it. so i just wasn't sure why you said no violence except in adult novels, because i was think like novels that actually get the chance to be published and put in stores...... maybe i should just stop talking....nice thread though....why did you say sorry i thought that about this thread? what is that? did i send the wrong message? ok now i am really going to stop talking....sorry.....

um, ok i am not to sure. so you are mostly talking about finding a name for your WI story, right? i was slightly sonfused because you put it sections about what audience you should put the story as, where i gather that WI are supposed to be for all audiences. So i think now i get it. except, what form are we talking about?
anyway, i am glad you think my title's ok....
