how to do selective color
a tutorial written by juicy couture

i had to make a few adjustments before i started. i had to resize the picture to be 100x100 & sharpen it. you might not have to do this depending on your image quality.
i made this in photoshop cs5 extended so i don't know if it can be used in any other programs besides the different versions of photoshop creative suite. okay, so let's get started. this is only my second tutorial, so i'm not the best at writing them but i'll try my best.

step one. create a curves layer with the following adjustments.
output: 85 input: 48
output: 153 input: 90
output: 231 input: 161
output: 255 input: 202

step two. create a selective color layer
reds;
cyan: -100, magenta: 52, yellow: 100, black: 2
yellows;
cyan: 37, magenta: 100, yellow: -12, black: 100
whites;
cyan: -35, magenta: 32, yellow: 28, black: 16

step three. brightness: -27, contrast: 65

step four. color balance
midtones: 19, 1, 23
shadows: 17, 8, -5
highlights: 10, -6, -9

step five. levels
34, 1.62, 255

step six. exposure
exposure: -0.17
offset: -0.1072
gamma correction: 1.19

okay, you should be done!
this is just a guide so i don't recommend copying it word for word, experiment & try things for yourself. hopefully you found this helpful.
love, juicy couture
