hello everyone, i will be showing you how to go from this to this
it's really quite simple (:
open up photoshop. i use photoshop cs5 extended.
okay, make sure you have the picture you want to use copied that way when you open your canvas the dimensions will already be right. now paste your picture into the blank canvas.
STEP TWO. duplicate your layer. wow, this one was so tough.
go over to filter>brush strokes>crosshatch
depending on the image you might have to use different settings.
change the stroke length to 3, the sharpness to 2, and the strength to 1.
and BAM. you should have it. feel free to add text brushes etc. & you can experiment more with this and who knows what you'll be able to create (:
