This is great for everyone esspecially with all of the problems. I must add tho, that the 48 hrs. is certainly NOT true, it took them until late Feb. for a problem that they emailed me an extension at the end of December, the same for Feb. POTM, no call until 3 1/2 weeks later. They need more customer service people as one account my granddaughter couldn't use at all..... even more, they need to fix the glitches and they wouldn't be so backed up.......(sorry, this all comes from the aggravation of yet another POTM problem.....) I will not let the kids enter theirs yet because they now have "the new rule" in effect......I hope you all have Good Luck if you should need to cntact them! I have found that none of them are what they used to be......SIGH!
