You have to change it to a jpeg first. Don't just try and upload a saved picture. If it has a bmp extension on it, it will be too big for the upload manager. With your picture in paint Press 'Save as' Select jpeg and then save it to your folder before upload. This is what that looks like:
THEN you get this...
go to tinypic and have them host your pictures for you. That way you wouldn't take up any more space on your attachment manager Here is how you do that AND you get the BIG pictures, not those ones that you have to click on to look at Here is the scoop Go www.tinypic.com
Copy the link that is shown and paste it right into the text compose box. When you submit, it will show a big picture. I hope that you understand my instructions
Then you press on the red flag, write what you want them to know and an administrator will look it over
Hope this helps
What I would have recommended would be to PM a staff member. So that they get the message fast, preferably PM it to one that's online. You can see who's online by clicking forum and scrolling down to the bottom, then there's a list of people who are online. The staff members' names are in blue or red. Click on one, then you'll see their profile.
Once you're at the profile, select PM them (assuming you know how, if not, PM me for help.) and tell them what you need to tell them. : )
The alternative method would be to post a new thread, then flag it for a staff member to see.
Now I know that what I just said is what the others said, but I think that once you click on a thread, you're basically obligated to post.
Looking at the post, you will see the green/grey man on the bottom, then the thumbs up for rep, then a red flag. Click the red flag and a box will pop up and fill it in. It will alert the staff to that post and only staff will see the flagged post.
